What we've been up to...

A whole lot of studying (or rather, TRYING to study as my children dress me up or distract me in various other ways)

Couch jumping and other cool antics

The fast-paced growing of my baby

More messes-- Er, I mean playing

Saturday sock pinning (6 pairs per day X too many days = LOTS of dirty socks)

Occasional trips to the park

The best Valentine's Day EVER! My mom-in-law got me a REAL LIVE BLOOMING PLANT for V. Day. It was absolutely wonderful. I didn't know how much I missed growing things and spring until I realized how much joy the flowers brought to me.
***PLUS, Swen surprised me with tickets to Wicked in Portland and the CD. No man on earth has ever hit the mark like he did on this gift. He totally scored! Not only do we get to see Wicked, but we also get to spend a day at the ocean! Also, he will turn 35 while we're there, so we're planning a birthday bash for him with all of our old friends. (Old friends: details will be coming soon!) Wa-hoo!

P.S. IF YOU HAVEN'T HEARD THE MUSIC FOR WICKED BEFORE, I ORDER YOU TO TAKE A FEW MINUTES AND LISTEN TO 3 OF MY FAVORITE SONGS FROM THE ALBUM. LOVES TO ALL.

What a great gift. I think you should keep that guy.
I can't believe how big the kids are growing. Especially Issac. You look fabulous with the sunglasses and scarf for study hour :)
Oh Im so happy for you about your Valentine's day present. Have a wonderful time!!
Oh, I hope I get to see Wicked someday!
How fun!
awesome! what a fun gift to Wicked. We went to it while we lived in NY and it's awesome. I think it's extra cool that you are already listening to the songs. I love flowers too. I get excited for spring too. Next year I order you to buy an amaryllis at home depot for $4.99 around xmas time and plant it in Jan. You'll love it.
I went to see it a couple of years ago in Denver, and I loved it! I wanted to see it again SO BAD, and my honey made it happen!
It feels like it has been forever since we have seen you guys. I have to tell you I am pretty jealous of your trip to see Wicked. I would love Erik to see it with me some day. Maybe if it ever comes back to Salt Lake everyone will have seen it and we can get tickets! I hope we see you soon.
That is so exciting that you're going to Wicked! I love the sunglasses doing homework! It was so nice having you and your family over on Sunday. Your children are so well behaved and fun to be around. I did find your daughter's socks ;o). They were in the bathroom. She had to take them off to wash her feet ;o). Are you going to the soup and bread recipe exchange at Charity's tomorrow? I was planning on going, but I'm too sick. If you go could you just tell her for me? Thanks!
What a busy busy mommy you are! Keep up all the great work Bex! Can't wait to see you guys.
