In a mini-van full of lively children. Experiencing all of life's little moments, happy and sad, we're on quite a journey. Judging by the map, it should take us about an eternity to get there.
Just write a memory you have with me or our family. If you leave one, we'll assume you're playing and we'll come leave one on your blog too... Happy remembering!

I remember going to the free family movie with you, Isaac and Joe-Joe (add Swen and that was the whole of your family). You had a cute new white shirt you had gotten for your birthday...Why do I remember that?
Also having you over for New Year's dinner and the flattering way Swen groaned over my salmon.
I miss you guys.
okay okay i got one...p.s. I'm so glad you found my blog!! Yeah! Now we can at least keep in touch that way..you have a little new addition..how precious...little Lincoln! love it! .....my memory is eating dinner at your house when you lived in the basement apt. of that house in OR. YOu made homemade pizza, it was so yummy and I was so impressed with your homemaking skills. You gave me a breadstix recipe thats way fast and yummy which I still use all the time. And remember when we checked first semester grades at your house...first you and Swen went in the room privately to check them and then Marty and I took our turn.... And when Sonja threw that shower for you at the pizza place when you had Alyssa and Swen forgot or had the time wrong or something, so you were a little late for the surprise..whoops..but we loved ya so it didn't matter...you were so mad at Swen...funny times!
I remember that one of the first times we met you, you took Andrew to your house to play. You were so sweet with him. I really appreciate that still he generally doesn't get that reaction so it ment the world to us.
Remember all those times at the gym when I slept in and forgot to come? Hmmm Maybe not the best memory...
I remember my first sunday in our new ward, I sort of "met" you in the mothers room. Right away, I could tell you were a mom who was on top of things!
Ha! that was a funny memory to remember from Mindy's post (about your shower) :) It was so good to see you again. I seriously was just thinking of you guys the other day. So fortunate. I will always remember your super sweet self doing the most remarkable job on keeping up with visiting teaching. You and your family are always welcome! (we'll pull out the nintendo for the boys!)

remember when you got your new convertible red car and we were driving through the school parking lot and your dad called you on your cell phone (you were the only person probably in our school that had a phone back then) you were super embarrassed. Am I remembering that correctly? It was something like a phone. Then remember when wade jumped on the hood of your car...you were so mad. That was a totally dirty thing to do. Why are boys so dumb sometimes. remember when we went to lake powell together with your family and then you came to laguna one year and of course heritage tours. oh, now I'm thinking of highschool dance dates...oh this is taking me down memory lane. good times. I always liked the girls choice dances better.
i remember when mitch and i came over to your house (before brooklyn was born) near wiltsey and hanging out with your DARLING little family for the night. we made pizza, played some board game (can't remember which one), and wrestled with isaac and joseph. i think that alyssa was only 3 months old, b/c i remember her sleeping in her swing. oh yeah, and we had rootbeer floats. YUM!! i also have lots of memories of chopping off your hair, and going swimming with brooklyn and alyssa. good times! wish ya'll still lived here!!
I remember before you and Swen were married... Stephen and I invited you two to have dinner at Stephens apartment with us. I think we ate on a folding table... and had hamburger helper... ahhh. we were so young then. :)
And I remember going to your wedding reception and LOVING it! It was so beautiful! I remember when you two left in your limo Swens little brother... I can't remember which one it was... was crying like crazy for the two of you... it was so cute...
hey guys! love your blog. your kids are growing up so fast. i remember our weekly dinners we used to have together when you lived here. they were fun (although chaotic.)
also, when you guys first moved in I remember your brought your houseplants all the way from Utah in the back of your hot car! I loved that about you!
Becca, found your blog through a round about way. Sad that we live somewhat close but never see each other. Blogging is great to be able and see how everyone is doing! I know things have been a little crazy for your family and we have all been praying for you all. I'll keep in touch:)
Becca, that's cool that Swen hiked Lone Peak. I highly recommend it. I have hiked every peak along the wasatch front and the highest one in Utah. By far my favorite has always been Lone Peak!! I have hiked it several times and every time I love it even more. It is the most exciting and breathtaking in views for sure!! I would say definately go for it (unless you are afraid of heights):) Let me know how it goes
